The job I turned down in Vermont? It was nice when they first mentioned it. But then things started to sour.
At first it was truck will come with fridge and microwave. Free wifi and GPS
A week later..... The truck comes with a fridge, you need to buy the wifi and download the gps. Oh and the truck (former mega carrier) only has 670k on it and 500 hours+ idle time. Say what? Last time I checked a truck gained about 150k per year. An 8 year old truck no team should have around 1.2 million miles on it. If it only says 670k miles and the frame is as ratty as that one? It is probably closer to 1.7 million miles and he wants me to buy it from him at 20k?
At 25k I can get something possibly better from Dave
