Good to see you. I switched companies because I was tired of all the micromanaging and...well, obviously...not being able to dress how I want.

    Home for the holidays.
Had to kill the grandson. Now just looking for a place to dispose of the body.
Other than that, it was a lovely affair.

Well my Oak Grove 80 coffee has given way after only about 4 or 5 refills.

Wait. I forgot I used it all through Thanksgiving, so I guess there's some mitigating circumstances.

Just barely made it out of the truck with it, or it would have been a collasol tragedy.

If you got Dave’s Truck for $20k, you can do the rear cover, rear main seal, and new clutch yourself. For about $1300. Wouldn’t have to do it right away. I ran mine that way for years. Till it was time to do the clutch. It’s a big job. Took me a long time. Shop would have done it all for about $3000. I guess it cost me $1400, including motor mounts, clutch, clutch kit, and flywheel. You wouldn’t need a flywheel. Basically a clutch, clutch kit, new motor mounts since they’re already out, Rear main seal. Tube of anerobic sealer. Ujoints if needed.

I just did all that about 4 months ago. You forgot motor mounts and carriage bearing.

Oil pan has to come off, and engine supported. Or held with a hoist from the top. After it’s installed, Install new rear main, flywheel, clutch, trans. I hung the clutch on the trans, stabbed it, and tightened bolts through the acess plate, while barring engine over. Much easier that way. New Eaton 2000lb easy pedal, comes with pressure plate/ clutch all in one piece. It’s heavy, but makes for a nice quiet clutch.

New clutch too? Then it’s just a labor job. Only parts you need are a new rear main, and a tube of sealer. Maybe $150.
