When I get a chance I’m going to find those training threads.
This is the first time in awhile I’m solo. I can’t wait to go to sleep tonight....just me. Ahhhhhhh.... it’s like 60° and raining. I’m going to sleep good.lovesthedrive, Cattleman84, InTooDeep and 2 others Thank this. -

During the time I was at WE, one of the things that happened, was routed to the B’ham terminal and see the ops manager. The conversation was them telling me I was going to be a trainer. Not ask, tell. They had a real need for trainers for flatbed. Told them no, was not interested. Well not long after things really went south there. That’s another long story.lovesthedrive, Lepton1 and otterinthewater Thank this.

We have a situation.
We have a gentlemen that's misplaced his truck ( Ontario TA ). He followed his gps on his phone to go and get something to eat ( KFC ), was super hungry, and didn't really pay attention to where he'd come from.
Don't laugh.
Do not laugh.lovesthedrive, dwells40, Cattleman84 and 4 others Thank this. -
That's pretty extreme. My money says the police had a reliable source of information that a major load of drugs were coming through. When I was based in OKC I-40 had a fair amount of narcotics patrols, usually camped out in the median, waiting for that particular vehicle to come through. Often you would see folks sitting on their ###, handcuffed, looking forlorn, as seven drug enforcement officers and half a dozen dogs were tearing up door panels and tossing their stuff out the back of the SUV.Last edited: Jun 26, 2019
