My prayers were answered. I deliver this bad boy tomorrow morning, then go back to the Fontana yard to hook back to a dry van headed to San Jose.

As I was doing my post trip a nice young couple pulled up to ask if it was allowed to take pictures of the truck and load. Gee, I never got that kind of request when I drove for Swift...

 

Messed that post up, but they closed that stretch down back in the late 80s due to a terrorist scare — dude had a Ryder van of pipe bombs — closed down for a couple days — bright side is I hit a $4000 royal at CeeGee’s in Carlin.

 

We will just call you the Big Sexy from now on — that’s cool IMHO

Me too. This morning I took that long wheelbase 389 into Chino, swung doors, and bumped a tight dock.

After I deliver the troop carrier I go get that dry van and run to San Jose to deliver Friday morning.
