    I hit Atlanta at a bad time. 20 e. right before the loop. Bad wreck and backed up for miles. Holed up at a QuikTrip for a while. Got a hot load of giant rolls of toilet paper. Picking up a load of the finished product tomorrow headed home. 13 days out, time flies.

    Similar to what we used to make as souse, press meat ,or head cheese. Mostly head meat trimmings and other,but no heart or lung stuff. Really good as a meat with turnip greens and pepper sauce. A way to use
    up lots of good meat trimmings when you butchered your hogs on the farm.
