Too crowded touristy and dirty and expensive

I have my eye on a very nice live board marina in Palmetto Florida.

3 bars and restaurants and a pool on site along with up scale restrooms . Beach is a 5 minute scooter ride away

There is another marina a half mile down the road with a boat ramp I can store and launch my hotrod boat and catamaran sailboat at .

A Publix 1/2 mile away and a 10 minute boat ride down the river to the mouth of Tampa Bay with its great diving and fishing.

plus I have good friends in Clearwater and St Pete

Once I get My Life in gear I’ll probably go cruise The Caribbean and the Bahamas for the winter. Than pull the boat out.

Don’t get me wrong I love the Keys and I have spent months down there spear fishing and partying.

A 50 by 70 Quonset hut was my idea for Tennessee

I helped my buddy assemble a 50 by 100 last winter in Florida. .

After doing the research there is a ton of theft going on in Tennessee

My stuff up in Michigan is free to store and safe with my ex mother in-law living there

The Sheriff lives 150 yards away.
