    Anyone ever heard of a ho cake? Surely someone has. It’s nothing more than corn bread made like a pancake. My Grandma used to crack us kids up, offering us a ho cake!! Lol.

    Sounds like maybe he thought you were propositioning him. ??? When it comes to Language, the curse/slang, or so called dirty words are first to be learned. Even with sign language, as I was taught by a friend who is deaf. I don’t speak Italian or Polish, but I know quite a few curse words, from growing up in Detroit. One way to communicate, the important stuff anyways.
