Usually the main odd wear is caused by running tires in one direction only. IE not moving them from one side of the truck to the other. Not doing this will often cause cupping. Tho tire wear on the outside of a tire (both sides equally) is under inflation. Tire wear on the center of the tread is over inflation. Lastly tire wear on the tread near one sidewall is an alignment issue.

Anyways I cleaned up and stashed everything so the bank lady could take pictures and give me my last check for construction.
It’ll never be this clean ever again as long as I’m alive.

And she can’t convert my loan to a mortgage (with a lower interest rate) until I get front and rear steps to the “upstairs”.
I use the basement door because it’s almost the front door.
So... on the front porch I’m getting just a pressure treated set of steps and on the back sliding glass door which has a huge drop off he’s gonna quote me a price for a 12 by 16 foot deck.

And the bank lady said since I have so much equity here that I could get a higher mortgage amount than the construction loan to pay me back for the money I’ve personally spent on this house.
It’s nice to have that option but I doubt I’ll do it.
And they delivered my dryer today :)
    Made in USA !!!

Bummer. They always go after the Asian girls. Who's against accupuncture and clean feet?

That's why I've always maintained the primary reason for them was weight savings.

Cause I can only scale 45K if it's loaded correctly and I have 1/4 tank of fuel.

They enable guys to scale the 45K loads, and not have to fuel at every truck stop.

Now truck 2 can do 45K and still have better than 1/2 tank with some fudge room.

Casper is heavy 34.6K without chains, including cats.

Convince yourself there is no such thing as equity. Just lenders trying to stick their fangs in. Judging by your pickups I think I am preaching to the choir.
