I thought I had run out of fuel because I parked on the hill nose up and the tanks siphon from the fronts.

So once I pulled it up on level ground and filled the filter it cranked right up and I pulled it into the front driveway nosefirst and just slightly down .

Five minutes later it dies. I try to restart Not getting fuel again.

I stick both tanks and there still 10 inches in them which for 150s is 30 gallons each I would guess.

I walk away for a few days to Fry other fish in the garage and find my remote camera among the chaos.

    Handiest tool Ever.

A couple days later I have the camera in the front of the left tank and I discover the problem.

The baffel had broken loose and beat around inside of the tank and broke loose the pickup and bent it up about 10 inches off the bottom of the tank.

So I plugged the pickup and the return and started it up and let it idle for an hour no problems.

So technically if you only filled one tank it would take quite a bit of runtime to equalize from the return, unlike a gravity equalization that I pictured.

So I’m going to drop the tank , I wanted to anyways to polish them and inspect and paint the straps next spring .

I’ll load the tank up and bring it down to Florida and cut it open and getting my good buddy who owns a metal fabrication shop to mig it back together for me .

I’ll mount it on the boat trailer and fill it with water in the meantime down there to use to flush the saltwater out of the boat engine after use.

Christmas on the beach is my goal.

I was thinking yesterday that it was a good week to look for a desk job........

Still sounds like a good plan today.

May have to do some work on it tomorrow.

There is this bar in Milan Italy that specializes in making a Rutabaga Liqueur.

Oh my god the taste will make you make a face you didn’t know you had in you .

You have a IPhone? If you do you use a lightening jack to hookup to a hdmi cord and pc inlet.

    Pc will recognize phone.

If not iPhone I would assume similar to the process except you don’t need a lightening jack.

nope...1 minute of latitude is a distance, not a speed....otherwise, we said the same thing....a unit of speed.

They will equalize without running. Because they’re plumbed together at the valve. I’ve ran out, and had to wait for them to equalize, before the left tank has enough fuel to pick up. Same reason, I was low on fuel, sat out a storm on the ramp. My left tank was at an angle. After quite a few nightmares like that, I finally loosed both of them, while empty, put an old tire under them, and straightened them both up. Before that, I must have ran out 6 times. All because the gauge wasn’t consistent, because of the tank being turned. I was in a few bad situations, sub zero temps in DC construction zone. Ran it on on straight ether. It’s a wonder I didn’t blow it up. Vapor locked on ether in 20 below weather. Not good. I was so mad, fit to be tied. Lol.
