The pickups are still off the bottom though.
On my company’s Western Star with dual 100s you only really had about 130-140 gallons of fuel because you couldn’t top them off because of the fills being off kilter. Also you couldn’t get the last 6 inches of fuel off the bottom.
Shop ordered the wrong tanks when they built the truck and made them work.
Still a ##### to get the nozzle in.Last edited: Dec 16, 2020

My bad. Dispatch will have them reroute to @Cattleman84 . He actually likes snow I think.
I agree...err I mean, uh, your not an idiot.
Besides if your an idiot what's the make the rest of us? Your only good as the company you keep.

All in good fun.

1500 sq feet here with 14 foot tall ceiling. Not my barn. My ex mother inlaws to use as long as I want for free.
It’s 17 out right now in Northern Michigan and I have it at 70 burning a dollar an hour in diesel in the torpedo’when I need heat.
I’m heading for Florida for 4 months next week so not worried about year round .
Takes a couple hours for all the tools ,motors and cars and boats to dissipate the cold and absorb the heat
Worthless to insulate it too much when the concrete is at 43 degrees.
Walls are at 59.
I would build this same building for my self if I was living up here but spend my money to do a radiant heat floor and foam panel the trusses to enclose the ceiling and skip insulation.
My buddy has a 50 by 80 metal building with 14 foot ceilings I helped insulate and cover with OSB a couple winters ago when I was staying with him
Big job and a lot of expense.
Be careful with that foam it has a flashpoint. My buddy burned down his foam insulated pole barn 10 years ago when a welding spark caught a box on fire that caught some plastic bins on fire he had in the corner.
He said once the foam caught it was all over.
His well pump had taken a Krap the day before.Last edited: Dec 16, 2020
