Actually we are routing down to 40 and then up to Union City. So no Donner pass.

I was just called by Congress. Not kidding. My Congresswoman actually called me LOL LOL. My thread on broker transparency was trashed by the esteemed members then locked off cause it spun off into outer space.

    HOWEVER

An actual lawmaker thinks my concerns have merit!!!!!!!!

    The OM is pleased.

Hell I'd rather do Donner with 2 feet of snow than go to Union city or anywhere else in the bay area for that matter

Go buy a seal from the truck stop and seal your doors... Now you are loaded.

Now that is even better than sealing a van trailer... Lol

It's less than a hundred miles more to go down and around on 40.

I actually agree with the business decision from corporate. Add a hundred miles and $100 of fuel and driver pay. or admin the logistics of trading the load to another truck and associated costs for that?

And now we get to see if he survives and the atrocities witnessed while running I40 through OK and TX where "the Lord put's the ice on the road and the Lord will take it away". And through the Eco-terrorist city dwellers and tribal lands of NM and AZ where they have no money allocated to clear the roads and incompetent drivers (from all over) that can't keep it going down the road safely......

Dang I am outa popcorn........ And no pretzels either.
