I cant believe how smart my boy is... He isnt even 3 yet, but he can already zip up his own coat by himself. And he understands so much other stuff.

Today he came outside with me while I went to smoke. We walked around the house and he kicked his soccer ball. On the way back inside we passed Kruisers grave and the rock marking it... My son walked up to it pointed saying "Dog, Dog?" Made me happy and sad all at the same time. I explained again that Kruiser got hurt really bad and died. Then he said, "Dig?"... "No we cant dig there. Do you want to pet the dog?"... "Yeah."... Then we petted the rock together. It was a very touching moment. He is so smart, and mature.

I get that my son loved a video game tradewinds it gives you written directions how to get places and yadda yadda. We had to read them to him but jeez enough lol. That game taught him to read at 4yrs old

I just PM'ed China but I didn't research that community any further last night and I didn't realize that it was a senior community for 55 and older. I'm a young man. I know a few others replied to my post I'm sorry to everybody for not checking to see if it was a senior community first before I posted on here. It honestly didn't even cross my mind that it would be a senior community it just looked really nice on Zillow. Sorry again guys.

    Also Merry Christmas everybody!

Arizona has new homes for around the 150k - 175k range? Is that outside of Phoenix? I've heard some bad things about Phoenix being pretty dangerous and while I've never even driven through Phoenix (I always drive Northern Arizona when coming to and from California) I can't say that Phoenix interests me. Although I suppose every city has its good parts and bad parts.

Where in Arizona would you say they have new homes in the 150k - 175k range and with good CDL opportunities?

Lie about your age. They are very nice and cheap relative to owning, utilities, repair, etc.
I am 85 and have an apartment in one. At present situation; my money-their cost, I could live here to be a 100. Go and come as I please, in Lex, KY now at daughters for Christmas.

I could get away with that, but the problem is my wife is too young. She still looks like she's in her late 20's and people think she's my daughter. She thinks it's funny, but I tell her she's keeping me out the retirement community.

Do you kiss her and then tell people you have a close family?
