My high school friend moved to Arizona from Tennessee as soon as we graduated. He's still there and loves the state. He surprised everyone, including his parents when he packed his bags and headed west.
`
I considered Arizona also, but l prefer Nevada with no state income tax and no food tax at the grocery stores.Last edited: Dec 26, 2020

Gilbert, buckeye, surprise, sun city, phoenix but only in the suburbs, casa grande, maricopa, mesa but only in the suburbs,.... Basically east of phoenix and north of phoenix is your best bet to stay away from the ghetto and run down placesBeHereNow97, kanidana, Dale thompson and 6 others Thank this.

I want to buy a home, but the housing supply is short. They extended foreclosures for a year on the FHA loans. The assumption is Freddie and Fannie will follow. For covid-19 relief. Rates all time low. Prices are going up pretty quickly year over year. But not in all areas.

That will teach you to grab your coffee and hightail it to the garage, won’t it?

I'm about to start on my project. As I write this I am looking at all the shipping containers that contain the Motherboard, Fan, heatsink, bottom case, palm rest, webcam, and video cable for my Dell Latitude 3540 laptop. Here's to not having screws left over!

Confucius say: Way to diesel tractor becoming a relic in shed; is paved by "intent to work on"
diverted by desirable woman... (Or coffee addiction)Dale thompson, LoSt_AgAiN, Rideandrepair and 4 others Thank this. -
It is not the left overs, it's the ones in the wrong holes and you run out of a needed size.
A lot of little paper cookie baking cups, and a table large enough to lay out in the removed pattern, goes a long way toward actual completion...
I did not know about that, so I guess the old chrome alarm clock I took apart at about age
13 is still in the paper sack in the attic of the house we lived in then. LOLLoSt_AgAiN, Dale thompson, stuckinthemud and 3 others Thank this. -

On our return trip from Bangor. Wife is driving her minivan. Observed a white Subaru Forrester. Driver couldnt hold their lane. Driving into oncoming lane only to yank the vehicle back. Called it into the police. Even when they were diving the length of High Street in Ellsworth (about two miles long) they were almost bouncing off other cars. Expired tags. Hopefully they dont kill some one. Could have been tired. Could have been drunk. Everyone saw how bad their driving was and let them stay out in front.kemosabi49, LoSt_AgAiN, Dave_in_AZ and 5 others Thank this.
