I saw a dentist here in Maine once that told me to raise my arm if the pain increased. He stabbed a nerve. Well his charming nurse had her tits on my arm and I didnt dare move that arm. So instead I raised my right arm knocking him off his chair. He told the nurse "I think he needs more anesthesia". It was all a blur after that.
