Round trip each week or one way each week?
MPG at speed should be one of your deciding factors. I hate to admit it but higher MPG is easier to attain with the newest gen engines.
With a 2k mile run a newer truck that gets 8 mpg will do it with 250 gallons, Older @6.5 MPG will need over 300 gallons. 50 gallons of fuel per trip is not an insignificant cost.

Fuel consumption has been my big item I'm looking at, followed by reliability/maintenance. I know people crap on them, but the Cascadia have been high on my list since I've had good luck with them even with the piss poor maintenance major fleets do.
