    IMO OH-HI-OH is greased glass in comparison to the Indiana Troll Road.

    "Hey, let's give a foreign company a 75-year toll and maintenance lease in exchange for a bunch of money now! We get money upfront and don't have to maintain the road ourselves. What could possibly go wrong?"

    Haven't been on the Penna Pike since 1998. It sucked then, and from what I'm hearing here, it still sucks but it costs a lot more.
