    At its peak Tuesday, the atmospheric river was trucking ashore 665 million gallons of moisture every hour, about a quarter of the flow rate of the Mississippi River.

    Holy Cow! Man did I get lucky, I typically am running up that way. Late last week brought a load of Wine from WA to Dallas and got sent to the SE after that. Feeling truly blessed now.

    I ran my own plumbing and HVAC shop for 17 years, closed it to drive truck and make more than I ever did plumbing.

    Doctor up at 2 AM. Toilet on 2nd floor flooding. Calls plumber. Plumber says just turn the cut off valve, we will get it in the morning. Doc says no, thing is jammed can't turn. Plumber says: "This will be an emergency
    call, 2 grand to come out now." Doc says 2 grand??? Why I am a brain surgeon and don't get that kind of money.
    Quiet a moment.. Then plumber says: Brain surgeon, huh? I was in that till I got in plumbing...
