    I'm sure lawn clippings have more flavor... Just be sure they are from a dog free zone... LOL

    It's good for ya. They kept thier cabbage in giant pots half burried. I wonder what that was like after 10 months. Granted you would be harvesting again.


    It could be oil and vineagar cabbage slaw, for the vegans.

    I have a Korean sister-in-law.

    When my bro first brought her back to the states, they were living at the house. (My younger brother and I were still in high school)

    Anyway, she made a lot of that kimchee. My mom loves it.

    I've never tasted it. I can't even be in the same room with an open jar of it.:eek:
