. Yes but you fast immediately before a blood test. I would be curious what a blood test would show 3 hours after biscuits gravy,eggs and bacon.

 

Started with thick cut bacon. We tend to broil bacon, this way you can cook like 3 or 4 packages at a time, then put some in the freezer for other uses. About a minute in the Microwave, hot, crisp bacon quick. Ripe avocados. Firm to slice, yet tender and smooth. Red round and tasty tomatoes, well as tasty as a winter tomato can be. Leaf lettuce, some red and green for nice color and flavor balance. Swiss cheese. Actually a nice “Baby Swiss”
A bit milder flavor, but works well in this. Sourdough bread, A San Francisco or gold country type. Some like the bread toasted, other not. Sandwich preference is the factor. Then you need to dress it as to your preference.
Dill pickle is an optional addition.
