Ended up just being a 100 dollar sensor that went out... replaced and were back in business

Well I had an experience yesterday I hope to never repeat... I had to break a window to get into my own house...

The wife and I made a quick run to town to pick up our daughter from a friends house amd to get a gallon of chainsaw gas... She forgot her house key and mine was in my night stand with my truck keys. So after several frivolous attempts to Jimmy the latches on windows and doors, and even an attempt to remove a window... I resorted to the tried and true method... A big rock.

Thus approach was cheaper than a weekend call for a locksmith to come to the middle of nowhere important to "MAYBE" pick the lock. Luckily my Dad is a contractor and has good connections with window people and he is going to help me get it fixed for a good price.

 

Bottom line on my old companies bulletin board:
"There is always 10% that do not get the word".
