What if it Snows?

Fueled up for 2.20. 4,9 mpg. Got a bunch Howe’s on sale for $7 a 64oz. bottle. Truck had been sputtering after idling sometimes, blowing white smoke, then goes away. Changing fuel filters, Helped, but still was doing it. I had treated the tanks with algae cleaner, before the overhaul. Had some black crap in filter last time, so I double dosed it with a different algae cleaner, supposed to be the good stuff, and it sat for 2 months. It may finally be working, hasn’t sputtered yet. Might have had a glob of algae blocking the pick up in tank. I don’t know, I thought it was sucking air. Maybe all due to algae. Didn’t do it before overhaul. Also the check valve suddenly went bad while it was in the shop for overhaul. Filters haven’t plugged up yet on this trip. Trucks running too cold. That’s not helping matters. Somethings wrong. One of the new thermostats stuck open maybe? Overhead off? Although if it jumps up 1 mpg after it breaks in, I’ll be right about life avg. mpg of 5.9. Oh well headed to Cincinnati. With a load of refractatory (rocks) super sacks. 13 at 3000# each. What a hassle dealing with the Port, jumping through hoops all day. Too much bs to mention now.

No new knee for me, but 2 new discs in my neck about 3 years ago.
