What if it Snows?

It was interesting to see how they did it. They put the landing gear on a car dolly. Tho I am waiting for when they go through a dip in the road and the box will stove up that bed for their ignorance. Yet I would like to know what they did with the air brakes or did they just cage them.

 

I'm alive and well. Took a week off for home time. Had to deal with the FL heat. Got a load Thursday morning. Deadhead to Dothan Al. Then over to San Antonio. Which is where I am right now. Finishing my coffee. Then heading to get unloaded. Hopefully they will unload me early. From what I can find. They will. Cuz my appointment isn't until 20:00.

I'm back in the cab after my pretrip, with my face over the heater outlet, trying to get my nosehairs unstuck.

It's 1°F out there.

"Yeah, but it's a DRY cold".

And I know, it's pretty much beach weather compared to where some of you guys are. But this is the coldest temp I've been in this year.

In metro Atlanta, it's 43° at the receiver.

In Florida, where my ma and two of my sisters live, it's 71°. And I ask myself again, "Why the eff don't you just move down there?"

And my answer is always the same:

"Because, July and August."

getting ready to saddle up myself......was waiting for the tain to give up or at least slow down, but it don't look like that is gonna happen. Oh well......it's a lot better than ice and snow.
