I recall one of His westerns related to a cattle drive with a bunch of Children. That one happens to have some pretty good camera work shooting the wide views of the west I remember well.

I saw the Man first hand in summer of 79' at Williamsburg Governor's Palace Approaches that were decked out as christmas time for his benefit fighting last days of cancer wearing yellow. We were with a quiet respectful crowd about a stones throw. He was decent to us, just quiet like and happy I suppose for what the Staff had done for him.

I have westerns all day all night all the time on that set. Some of which is really engrossing such as Baredareo. A story about Lonely Dell and the Bargeman plus Mountain Phil. Tactically combat is near perfect for a movie.

However some of the westerns try too hard with too little. But eh, it was made in a different time.

I think it was Wayne Gretzky that has the smoking hot daughter.

Meh. Don’t care. Just trying to figure out why I’m retarded. Never mind. :D

You know how you have days that are an absolute beat down. Man I’ve had like 3 in the last 7 days. Sheeesh.

I’m off to Denver again. I’m hoping for a nice relaxing drive.

Searched the Nation for all 4 Lonesome Dove Series. VCR. Got all 4. The Original First.

Filmed at the old Alamo Recreation in Texas Long before they closed that in 2010. The Recreation was built for Alamo with the Man and later for another remake I think the ranch Owner piped quite some distance for water there.

Has nothing to do with Westerns, but given my elevated level of consumption and the late hour.... Misery is a #### fine movie

Ps..... meathead is and was a liberal douche, but its still a good movie

I suppose I would find them before they migrate past Blue Ray (Which we just recently got the player that is..) and go into 4K.
