I like flounder. Tastes almost like walleye to Me. Years ago, I worked for a Beef/Seafood wholesaler. A popular cheap replacement for Cod was something called Scrod. A lot of Catfish is Swai, Catfish from Vietnam. It’s 1/3 the price of USA catfish. A lot of fish on restaurants menus aren’t what they claim. Calimari, is often Hog rectum. Never order the Calimari!

 

That doesn't sound very marketable. It's going to have be fried just right.

 

Today We had lunch at Chicken on the Bayou, off 1-10 in Breaux Bridge. We split a dinner. ILLE DE CAPRI. Crawfish Etoufee,over rice, topped with Catfish. Along with one Crab Pistolette each. 10 hours later, I’m still full.

 

Change the engine out for a Cat 3406E running a good tune at 750HP and then you would be on to something.

Well would actually prefer an auto but rears would be based on tires size, final trans ratio, planned cruising speed, and optimum engine speed for economy.

Keep in mind I am primarily a door swinger that stays west of the Rockies where speed limits tend do be 65 or under and I tend to run about 65 give or take a couple cause I hate spending extra money on fuel.
