The day IS coming where an emissions system will be required federally. It isn't a question of if, but when. Considering the powerbase of Washington at the moment I believe that day is coming much sooner, especially since we just officially reentered the Paris Accord.

Yea, I only fought some snow in PA and about an hour of wind in MT this trip. Of course something had to go wrong, next time I see a virgin I am taking her and dropping her in a volcano!

 

I agree, I wasn’t even considering added emission repairs. That monkey wrench of uncertainty makes it a tough sell. Slowly, they’re getting the emission figured out. Right now, about a decade of dependable used Trucks has been lost. Another 10 yrs. it won’t be an issue. It amazes Me, how the Auto companies came out of what was a death nail. New high performance Mustangs, Corvettes, Challengers. Never thought I’d see the day.
