    Really? All You should Ned is a release of lien letter. Goes with the Title. Arizona have goofy Laws like Florida? I had to Literally go to a Nursing Home with a Lady, to get a signature from her 98yr. old Mother, when buying my daughters first car. Supposedly Florida doesn’t allow Power of Attorney for car sales. Maybe due to all the old folks, and Scam Artists? Maybe the old Lady didn’t trust anyone. It was all good. My daughter wrote her a letter explaining how much she loved her new 4 door Buick. Lol.
