I tried but I couldnt get to Laramie... The winds were between 50 and 60 mph between Cheyenne and Laramie... I dont have the weight to fight that much wind. If I could have made Laramie I would have been able to go around Elk and I'd have been home tonight... I even stayed up late last might checking the wind speeds every 15 mins to see if they would break... They never did.

I boil the sausage in beer with onions before I toss them in the cast iron to brown up. Freaking awesomeness

    Just watched Deadwood: The movie.

I love the writing on that show. I miss the series and finding out there was a movie made my day.

    It’s been a good day.

I went to a customer I've never been to, up near Buffalo, NY.

I've had a PINGING sinus headache all day. No matter what pills I take, there's no relief. Obviously, a high-pressure front is moving in.

So I get to this customer, guard tells me where the unloading bay is for my product, I drive over there and back in.

I ask the receiver, "I've never been here, what do you need me to do?"

"Nothing. We hook up, pump, pull the sample. You can just chill."

    So I chilled.

Then two hours later (which is the free time window), he apologizes for "taking so long", because he had to find an adapter, then get it washed, and tested for residue before he could use it.

Hands me my paperwork, off I go.

    Man, I LOVE tanker work!
