Sounds good. Also sounds like a lot of cleaning up and work. Waitress’ sound really good right now.

Yeah that's the usual scenario for western NV SE ID. Maybe it will keep them from doing the road destruction on 80 in Wells and on 93

I just parked at Johnson’s corner. This is what is off to the east of me.

My first attempt at getting a photo of lightning. It looks weird. Hmmm most be some effect caused by digital imaging.

    1) pyrex bowl gets some spices and water heated in the micro for a minute to start softening the spices.

    2) Bar cut the limes and squeeze into the bowl of spices. Throw away the lime peels. Let the lime juice and spices stand while the chicken cooks.

    3) Slab cut the Chicken breasts to cook faster. Throw chicken and a spoon of the spice mix into the frying pan cook covered for until the added water content comes out. Take the mostly cooked chicken and cube while cooking off the juices in the pan. Add a drizzle of oil to the pan. chicken back in. Lime and spices on the meat and cook on low for a bit.

Cheese was purchased shredded, serve from the bag. Can of refried beans goes into a plastic container, throw away the can. Sour cream served from the tub. Tortillas from the bag.

Clean up = Put the chicken in another plastic container with lid. Close the bags and lids put the tortillas on the shelf and the other stuff in the fridge and wipe down the counter.

only have one kitchen knife, one bowl, one chopping mat, and frying pan and lid to clean up.

A fast simple process is the key to cooking for me. If it gets to convoluted or uses too many dishes, I wont cook it.

I drove one night N 93. Between Jackpot and Twin Falls there was one heck of a light show. I caught it all on my drive cam thought I'd have some great video. Yeah like your pic my video was all wacko.

If kegs were cheaper in this area I'd drill a hole in a fridge and get a tap and CO2 tank.
