    :D

You sound like my CC. She was pissed when she found out I was a brown shoe. She was a HT and said I needed to join the real Navy and offered me to switch.

If you made rank, everyone became a brown shoe @ E7o_O

Sooo...due to opti-stops, I'm heading up I-15 to I-215 to get on I-80. Heading to Laramie. On my first trip through Wyoming. Luckily the winds look good today. Not so good tomorrow morning. When I head south to Denver.

Picked up at the shipper this morning.

    34 minutes check-in to check-out.

    I LOVE tanker work!

On the other hand, I can't shake the feeling that I'm piling up Karmic Debt, and that a two-hose drop through a snowbank and uphill is in my future...

I stopped to clean the mirrors and to make a sammich, and take the time to eat it while sitting on the bunk. Civilized, like.

But I must press on, and the molasses must follow.

Gonna be some of the fastest molasses you ever saw!

3 hours of sleep, completely unloaded, now just verifying freight count. Still have a few hours until break is over.

If I have a wait for a spot at the pearly gates (or brimstone ones) I am going to pitch an epic spitfit! That being said I did change my theological views from Christian to Asatro when a certain orange individual was elevated to the status of "chosen one", I just couldn't participate in a pantheon where the "chosen one" liked his steaks well done with ketchup.

I just checked the NOAA weather site... Winds today are very calm, late tonight though tomorrow they steadily increase to more of a normal level for WY.

If you make it to Laramie today, that will get you passed the worst places... And if you are headed to Denver that gives you the option of running 287 south to fort collins. By doing so you will avoid most of the remaining windy stretches of I-80 and I-25. 287 can get a little windy as well but nothing like 80 and 25. Good luck in battle.... Are you loaded heavy???
