Well my answer is by stupidly driving needlessly while conditions weren't good.

Her answer is she hit some ice, but she wasn't speeding. Fortunately she was in my truck, rather than the car we decided to get rid of. I don't think a Hyundai Accent would have stood up as well.

 

I always mess up the counting phone poles to the 10th power part, watch out for that feed store when you run outta ground at the town.

Yeah snowcallme is a beast of its own. Very deceptive. One of those hills that dont look like much til ur halfway down and u start to like u said check the speedo and realize ur in the wrong gear... especially during the chain season, have to have patience of steel, takes awile to get up and over.

 

I was the weird kid listening to CW McCall while everyone else in school was listening to Metallica, Limp Birkin etc.. my favorite is probably cj5 with a 4 wheel drive, or Classified.

 

I hate those deceptive hills, they ruin my perusing the forum and watching movies while I drive.

 

Moved into my 2020 T680. She's got 247k miles on her. But she's a 12 speed and in good condition. Even has the front curtains. Heading over to Walmart tomorrow to get supplies and a Mini-Fridge. Turn in my old truck and get a load for the next morning.

@Dave_in_AZ honestly you can never go wrong with a good ole Thermos. They are like Timex. They'll take a licking.
