Have an LT with cummins. Rides pretty good. Storage is also good. Stereo could be better.
Absolutely hate the programming on it. Problem is I can’t seem to find anyone I trust to reprogram it.
Not had any emissions system problems. I really don’t idle much with the APU system.

    Never had one.
Other than a short stint with the 389, always been shakers or 13 letter **** spreaders.

I drove one for a few weeks about 6 years ago that got 8.5 mpg all day with an ISX.
Dude wouldn't sell it. Said it was the single worst mistake he ever made buying trucks.

That being said, awhile after I left him, he bought 3 or 4 new prostars with 400 ISX's/ 10 speeds, and wrench said they were the least hassle trucks out of their 50. The rest being Cascadias.

Well I'm rested, and am looking at my taxes. My guy, who i like, has different numbers than what I sent him...... I'm trying to buy a house. I did 181 days out last year. Should be about $9122. The mortgage lender sees 13k which my guy put down. So he sees it as line 24b, meals a 50% deduction. That means , in his eyes, I ate 26k worth of food and deduct 13k, which is half. I tell him I'm a HOS DOT person it's 80% deduction so it should be 13k. O, I see what my guy did now. The pdf from the IRS has clear guidance on it, with %. I'm approved for 1100 a month so I'm fine as it is. I don't want to go over that for sure, since trucking can swing so much.

If you get out near Effingham, Diesel Doctors that are across the highway from Petro in a trailer office did a good job with my Cummins. They basically gave me a Cummins tune that would not void my remaining warranty and not over torque the less than stout drive line. Adjust a couple of things like fuel rail pressure, max speed, min speed for cruise control, and other drivability features for a modest fee.

They actually asked important questions like which is more important fuel economy or pulling power and made a thoughtful recommendation based on the questions. They narrowed it down to two choices of tunings and told me the pros and cons between them letting me make the final choice.
