    Been blowing out of the north/northwest all day... Woke up to the truck rolling like a ship in a storm. Had intermittent TAIN off and on as well.

    Hey @Opus. Is it cool to overnight at the Block stop in Albany. Looks like it should be but the signs saying who to call if towed makes me a little nervous. Girl inside said I'm fine as long as I stay with the truck. Just don't want Bob pulling a fast one and booting my truck.

    The OM was not pleased at all about the flex pipe repair.

    The question did come up as to why this wasn't taken care of at home, while the cat was able to relax on the kitchen table, rather than having impact wrench and grinder just on the other side of the sleeper.

    When I left that TA this morning, the wait time just to get into the shop was 6 hours.

    That's awful.

    So the TA is an approved inspection facility for LS? Is it a simple DOT insoection?

    Yes. Just an annual, but we have to do it every 120 days. Landstar pays for the inspection.

    But it has to be done by a full blown mechanic that is certified by Landstar.

    LOL my mower has been waiting two years to get into my shop and I own it!
    Tomorrow it will be in the 60's and might get some tractor wrenching done.
