What if it Snows?

In my personal opinion the large places usually turn out trash when it comes to items like kolaches. I think they were probably good when they were first growing, but then they lower quality to keep up with business while increasing profit. Kind of like the bbq at Coopers in Llano, used to be great, but now you can get as good or better at some chain places.

Exactly. Theres a joint in Austin called Catfish Parlour. Had great food for years and years. Used to get fresh fish for lunch there for years. Then they stooped to having the fish at lunch time sitting under a heat lamp.
Alot of people are willling to pay high prices and stand in line for mediocre food. Not me -
