    The builder is like," You're my people." lol

    Everyone involved and that entire community are rabid Trump folks lol.

    He's throwing in a 16 foot gate in lieu of a 12 for nothing.
    Giving me the electrical and water stubs for add on for nothing.
    All the homes are spec. He's done quite a few in that area, he knows what he's doing.

    There's a six foot block wall all the way around included.

    What’s the going rate in that area if you don’t mind me asking? I’m renting near 107th and northern and northern basically turning into a freeway behind my house.
