Ate the Chickens###. It was good. The key to tenderness is a new item we found called 2 minute marinade. Small cut pieces of boneless breast marinaded for about 15-20 minutes. Cooked up in canola oil. Add broth, throw in a $1.00 bag of frozen vegetables ( mini corn, broccoli, carrots etc.) Bring to boil, throw in rice. Very good, and healthy. Still want some KFC!

 

Fun fact about KFC. Actually don't have one but we only get KFC in NV, CA KFC sucks. CA KFC has smaller pieces and cost more

 

Here’s the stuff, looks like it’s now on clearance, and out of stock at Wal mart. Figures. Lol. Kinda pricey at $2.86 for tiny bottle. Just as well. Any spice will do. The Chickens### is perfect meal in the Truck. One electric griddles all you need. I think boiling the rice in chicken broth really makes it good. Chicken, 1 box Swansons chicken broth, and a frozen bag of vegetables. Seasonings, rice and meat could all be mixed and matched. Or Beef broth used. Whatever you like. Fast easy and delicious. The OM will thank Me.
