they probably do, But most every area has carpenters. KInda the base line standard measure.

As you know even electricians can be harder to generalize because of specialties like household, industrial, and high-power.

Bad part is they will probably get it from one of the drones that work in the big office buildings.

My bet is at that vintage of building there will not be garage space so will need to tack on parking rental. Or abandon the car and just get a rental when you need one. Thing is you can generally "live" in SF without a car just fine. Merchants are typically within walking distance. Perfect for people on the Millennial track.

    Recap day two.

Ever since I got back from vacay, I've been running short ones and twofers that get me back to the yard, but without enough time to make going home worthwhile. In other words, "I'll get more sleep if I stay in the yard."

Made four trips to a local condiment plant that makes assorted offbrand condiment packets. The one they always brag on is the Taco Bell Hot Sauce.

I'm up at the pickle plant in Michigan, they seem to be running full bore. In fact, I'm coming up here again tomorrow.

It's already summer in the food grade tanker segment. Beer, soda pop, ketchup, mustard, pickles.....INGREDIENTS! We need INGREDIENTS!

We don't haul yeast from our terminal, but I'll bet the ones that do are bangin' it out for hot dog rolls, hoagie rolls, and burger buns.

Does boxed meat get busy in summer, or does it remain pretty steady year round?
