He hit the water going to slow... You dont #####-foot around with water crossings. Hit them in 3rd to 5th gear and keep the pedal on the floorboard until your drives are on dry land again.

Well day 4 of thus run is in the books... 2648 miles down, 1379 to go. Was hopimg to get that down to under 1200, but traffic through Chicago Land was a nightmare and ate up LOTS of my clock.

When I bought my Truck, the Guy couldn’t find the OH paperwork. It only had 50k. Also had a bunch of empty coolant jugs in his Blazer. It looked suspicious. Truck had been sitting for a couple months. He assured me jugs were from b4 the OH. So I decided to buy it anyways. First We had to get a pressure test, make sure the head/ gasket was good. If it passed, I’d pay the bill, but if the Truck failed, he paid the bill. He agreed. Mechanic checked it out, Seller got mad, at the Mechanic, kept pointing out things like a leaking pinion seal, other small things. Mechanics like hey, I’m just doing my job for the Customer. Lol. During the closing, the shop Faxed Us a copy of OH bill. Later, I found the original along with all the repairs since new. Made copies, and dropped originals to Seller, for his taxes. Buying a Used Truck, it’s the big ticket items that are important. The little stuff is expected. Tell him take it or leave it. Maybe a look over by Mechanic. Can’t blame anyone for that. But no major tear down. He can do all that after he buys it. Meanwhile it’s an educated guess.

May not even have a tank on the Passengers side. Truck may not have enough Wheelbase for a 1-box and a tank.

He doesn't know anyone. I don't care. I have every receipt. The truck is clean. It had it's Landstar inspection 2 months ago. The mileage is on the inspection. He just doesn't know. I don't care. I'm not in any rush nor need to sell it quickly. It fires right up. No leaks, not even air. F him.

I knew there were lots of Vets in this thread. I was telling that story to a friend of mine ( he only fessed up to being a Vet when I asked where he stumbled upon his Korean wife) he laughed so hard I thought he would choke and said I bet he was special forces.

After 2 nights on the OTP I can verify 6 out of 8 vulva drivers are watching videos on tablets, phones and laptops. 4 out of 8 union freight haulers have a phone laying in the dash playing videos. I’m really shocked that these tards don’t understand how the glow of these devices can be seen from across the road. I guess automated trucks are closer than I thought because there is already several trucks with nobody home behind the steering wheel.
