My banker, age 30 or so, male, at an old and very conservative bank, wears a nose ring. I don't think I'll ever get used to that.

I’ve seen it a million times. You’re just trying to talk yourself into Retirement. I sense some reluctance. I’m predicting in 12 mos. you’ll still be Trucking. Looking for reasons to quit. Lol. I used to ask older Drivers what made them hang up the keys. was always amazed at why some quit. Usually it’s the same daily frustrations of Trucking. Just finally became “ The Last Time”. Some were really making good money, just had enough!! I get it now.

 

Hope you’re week gets better. The holiday always is the toughest to work. Almost every time I have, I regret it. Especially this one. Lots of Traffic. All the normal people out on vacations. Sometimes I can’t help but think, What am I doing out here?
