Guessed plasma cutter, but did wonder how much "bottled steady"
you took before you whacked those nicely rounded door edges?
Old perfectionist here, and can tell but not do...
You need a circular concrete "stepping stone" about 2" larger than
the base rim to set it on. Gonna rust out on the ground.
Added change for the 2022 model. Steal someone's all metal welding
chipping hammer. Cut the hammer part off leaving about 1.5 inches
on the coiled handle. Thread it and jam nut, flat washer, it on the door.
Wife won't burn her hands when you send her out to add fuel then...Rideandrepair, Dale thompson, Dave_in_AZ and 6 others Thank this. -
Any welder can fab one up. Tho I would put a 3 inch chmney on the back with damper so a person could put a flat grill across the top. Then they could do things like eggs or pancakes.Rideandrepair, Dale thompson, Dave_in_AZ and 4 others Thank this.

Well heck man. Lets go all out and weld some rebar legs to the bottom. Give it a false floor so it can hold the ashes for cleean out. We could wrap it with fiberfrax (space age insulation) and make it cool to the touch. Put a swing latch on the fire door for that wood that pops wont shoot sparks out the door. Put a griddle plat on a pivot so it can swing across the top with the use of a spatula.
Oh and while we are at it we can get a tub nearby to hold water to wash the dirty pans.
Keep at it we will get OSHA involved.

complicated depending on brand.Rideandrepair, Dale thompson, Dave_in_AZ and 3 others Thank this. -
