    Ok the idea is good but the food wants to be on a tray away from the heat. Some heat yes, yet it is a slow cooker with ALOT of smoke. It is why the char broilers have the smaller box to the side. The small box is for the fire and smoke generator and the larger drum is where the cooking is done with out direct heat.
