What if it Snows?

Smoke stack lighting. Delta blues has a lot of depth.

 

I’m no expert, but have used charcoal quite a bit. The key is to let them char over good, It takes time, at least an hour. Maybe stir them a bit, I Always just put wood chips right on top. No flames. The flames in there, the bottom coals being red hot. They’ll burn for 10 hrs. or more. No hurry.

 

Must be out on the eastern edges of LALA land......speaking of delivered.....turned out pert near fine and dandy. Myself, I preferred the hashbrowns and egg over the peppers/corn/potatoe/egg.

 

Lol. Umm do they give you $500 a day to eat tacos?

 

Soak 'em in water first, or throw 'em on dry?

I've been wanting to try adding a little wood smoke to my charcoal grilling.

 

And with that, the situation I was dealing with has ended. And it ended favorably. I will be back around more often now. Lol
