    Best I’ve ever had, my Friends Dad, he’s from Texas. Soaked hickory chips over night in rain water. He cooked a beef brisket, all day long. Must have been 6-8 hrs. It was so good. Don’t lnii I w much about it, but I remember that roast, 43 yrs later. Lol.
