We've come to a place where the truck has stopped for the evening.

A place 577 miles from the previous place.

A place that has fuel, parking, showers, coffee, a huge abundance of salads, and fuel island goulash.

We are 62 miles from target.

Could be where they get their cooks.

Kinda like you gotta be a double felon to get on with Caltrans.

That was an AWESOME fuel island turkey salad.

The egg went in the rubbish cause eggs are bad. The OM was even like,"Oh hell no."

Just watched a Steven's trainer drop off his trainee here in Lexington.
Poor dude waited 2 hours for a ride.

This is one of the reasons people quit.
You're just gonna bail out on some young guy and wish him the best.

The reality is trainer's enjoy the company of another...........man.
Living together, sharing, caring, in the area the size of a broom closet.

    Together they are...........men.

I don't think all trainees enjoy it the same as the trainer's do though.

Speaking as a Navy man. Close quarters....wink wink, nudge nudge.
    I get it.
Probably the trainees fault, not having a ride.
But, dang, just to put someone out and say, "good luck! It's been real."

I don't know. But I'd probably made sure he was OK before I bailed out.
    Just me, maybe

My own smells are enough. I don’t need to be exposed to those of another. :biggrin_2552:

The United States Navy would have SIX men living in the area of the truck.

That's airmen or seaman E3 and below. 3rd class PO if you just made rate maybe.
