Here are the current MPG updates for our last two trips returning us to The Most Awesome State.

The OM's Master Trip will now continue once we are unloaded.

I over slept by an hour this morning, and the alarm cat also did not go off, this will now require a trip back by the house, wasting precious on duty / driving minutes, and adding 17 DH miles to our journey.

I can’t recall ever seeing a 990 on the road. Looks like a W9, bred with a Volvo.

Beautiful site here at the Pilot. Big empty parking Lot. Been idling my new engine for 10 hrs. Seems to be running pretty good. Pulling the hills. I’ll be happy to get 6 mpg. Mpg’s have been all over the place, 4.5-6.8. Only have 45k on the engine. Another 25k and an Overhead adjustment, will tell what mpg Will be. Historically it’s best has been 5.4-6.2, usually 5-5.5. After it’s broken in good, maybe I’ll get a “Tune” that I hear so much about. Get a real comparison. 6.5 for non arodynamic, and 7 for arodyamic Trucks has always been the norm for 12.7s. It’s the idling that really hurts the mpgs. This one seems to burn a bit over a gallon per hr. My last one burned about 8/10s . Must be the Low Nox program, Last one didn’t have it, till after it was inframed. Only drove it 50k, before wrecking it.
