    No just Cheerios. Do a lot more oatmeal in the winter.

    I think it's important to slim down best as you can in the summer. Salads and cold cereal go well with the heat.

    Once the snow flies, you need hot food. And everything seems to have gravy on it.

    I’m in Mesquite, Nv.

    Here is an actual photo of me walking out of the flying j into the blast furnace of the desert Southwest, I swear this isn’t the Purifier in the Chronicles of Riddick.

    It’s only 105°. 115° is insane.
