Well I feel better now... Stopped at 0130 for a 2 hour nap... Turned into an 7.5 hour nap... Guess I wont be at home when the sun comes up tomorrow... Shortly after is ok though. Lol... got 20 more mins and I can roll again.

 

I did that coming out of Midland once headed home. Stopped for a quick nap 70mi from the house. 7hrs later, the sun was up before me lol.

 

Honestly those naps are the best.

 

Well I had had every intention to be nearly to WY by now... But was starting to get pretty tired. So i stopped at that big Trucks Only Rest Area just west of Lincoln, NE. Then glorious sleep happened. Not a big deal really, this load doesn't deliver until Monday morning... And one of our local guys is going to make the delivery... So as long as I Get it to the yard sometime tomorrow it will be fine. And now I won't just go to bed when I get home... I'll have some energy to spend with the family.

 

Mine had hers a few years ago she got sick and now takes meds that are a no no. She got it so when there was a hard deadline and I wouldn't make it on my own she would start the day driving. We didn't want to team because we enjoy each other and not wanted to just say hi when one goes to sleep and the other wakes up lol. With my contract now No worries about being in a hurry.

 

I missed it, but whats wrong with Dave's truck?
