Appears he is lucky to be alive! Of course upon lighting a cigarrette he may have been able to walk out where there was once wall, I'm guessing his sniffer don't work so good to have that high of a concentration to kick it off with a smoke and not smell it.

 

It's a twin stick with the other sticks are manual 2spd rear ends engagement, ect. instead of air assist. Its a Norwegian truck.
