    Elk is good eating. My Brother in law had given us some from his Trips to Wyoming. Very lean. Not gamey at all.

    I did that for years. Never worked a weekend till I got my Authority. You can really do good if you can get the OT. 60 hrs a week pays 70. 5 days. Makes home life much more normal. Good Luck. The trade off is worth it.

    I don't think so. Seems like AZ is not on my list anymore. As a matter of fact been looking for different direct customers or even selling my truck and trailers. The last year has my guy all F ed up
