    Dinner this evening consisted of

    Penne pasta with pan seared pancetta, caramelized onions and garlic, diced red and green peppers in a vodka sauce. A side of roasted asparagus spears. Warm sourdough bread with real butter. Tonight’s beverage is lightly sweetened iced tea.
    (not my first choice)

    Dessert will be cherry, dark chocolate chip, cinnamon oatmeal cookies. Baked last night.

    Cold front pushed through last night. The heat wave is gone. Now temps are back to being 10 degrees cooler
    Waaaaah, but I liked the 90 degree days we were having.
