Im in the back row at the Petro in Weatherford.

So dodo in a Volvo has done 2 turn arounds in front of me, like he cant figure out how to get turned around to back into a spot...while there's a hundred + other spots open.

Well I finally got a door... My 3 pallets of 40 counts were loaded in 2 mins... Sat and watched the end of the packaging line where they get pallatized for about 40 mins... 10 boxes of 50 counts came through... I'm going to be here for a long time yet.

I know I know. Training is awesome in so many ways...but the lack of sleep and the ever present feeling of doom for my safety tends to keep me from getting good sleep for months at a time.

My (1) year date is coming up and then I will really be able to explore some options that will allow me to stop training. It’s a very exciting time for me in this industry.

Well, every company has its own "training standards".
Otter is just a quick learner and a better mentor. It's all good

Yup. You can start training after 90 days. Kinda weirds me out as well to be honest. My actual experience with farm tractors and driving class 8 vehicles is quite extensive...just never needed a CDL.
